Reporting & Analyzing
Data is only useful if it can be analyzed. This is obviously also the case for your precious time. In WorkTrail you can generate detailed work reports for yourself or your employees. This can be done in the "Reports & Administration" section of our web application.
Filter by date and tasks
All reports allow you to filter which data should be included in the reports. This makes the reporting very modular to fit your needs.
If you are the manager of a company you can select which employees to include in your reports while your employees can only view their own data. Further you can choose the date range (from predefined selections like: current week, last week, last month or use a custom range) as well as which Projects and Tasks to include. It is also possible to select the other way around an specify which tasks to exclude. Usually you want to exclude at least "Break" which is the task your employees can book their lunch break or similar off-hours.
Detailed Work Reports
This report allows you to see every work time entry including the summary, start time as well as duration.
Time Sheets
One of the classics of time tracking we can't miss - Work Time sheets which group the amount of worked into days and tasks.
You can view it on our management interface, directly print it from there or download it as a Excel file for further analysis.
